An excursion to the beautiful Ourika Valley.

Sitting in the shadows of the High Atlas peaks, Ourika Valley is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Situated on the Ourika River it is just 45 minutes away from the city by car.  This picturesque valley is  a cool change from the summer heat in Marrakech and during the months of February to April the almond and cherry orchards will be in bloom.  If you are feeling energetic you can climb up to the top of the waterfall then enjoy a well deserved lunch on return to the village .
